Retail Refunds:
- Must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packing list.
- Final sale/Clearance or special promotional code items are not eligible for refunds.
- Free exchanges are for Domestic only
- International orders are FINAL SALE
Boathouse reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise if we determine the item(s) have been used or worn in any way.
Please note:
- The original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable
- Gift certificates are non-refundable
- CLEARANCE Items are non-returnable and non-refundable
- CUSTOM Items are non-returnable and non-refundable
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE
RETURN PROCESS
- To return your package for free via UPS, please enter your Order ID and email address on our RETURNS PAGE and we will process the return in 3-4 days.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation in the package.
- Please retain the tracking number for your records.
Ship on Your Own
You can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your return shipment.

Boathouse reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our return policies. Returns that do not follow our policy or are unacceptable may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
REFUND POLICY
Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days of merchandise receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon our receipt of the item(s). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping and sales tax will not be refunded.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Boathouse will allow price adjustments up to 4 days after purchase. Simply email customer service at customercare@boathouse.com, with your order number and the referenced promotion, and if the product was eligible during that promotion we will honor the price. Some exclusions apply.
BOATHOUSE CUSTOM PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Custom-designed products cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. If there is a manufacturing error with your custom-designed products, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange for a repair.
